Catherine Casserley provides evidence to the Transport Committee in relation to their inquiry on accessible transport.

The inquiry investigates the variety of legal obligations that apply to public transport operators and local licensing authorities to ensure services are accessible for disabled people and people with other access needs.

Catherine, who has previously acted as an independent legal adviser for two parliamentary committees, is known for her expertise in discrimination law, particularly disability discrimination, and has been instructed in many of the leading cases in disability discrimination.
