Referred to as one of the world’s top employment lawyers, on Saturday, 1 February 2025, Cloisters’ Sheryn Omeri KC was featured on the front page of the Sydney Morning Herald newspaper. Instructed by Michael Bradley of Marque Lawyers, Sheryn acts for Rachelle Hair, Brittany Rowe, Jenna Hemsworth and Reuben Kahl, former bar- and wait-staff of Australian hospitality giant, Swillhouse which operates numerous restaurants and bars across Sydney. All were subjected to various forms of sexual harassment and assault while working at different Swillhouse venues. Ms Hair and Ms Hemsworth are internationally-recognised and decorated bar tenders.

Sheryn has previously advised British victims of Harvey Weinstein and, in Australia, has appeared for Reem Yelda in her sexual harassment case against Sydney Water, obtaining the highest possible award of damages.
