Expert equality law barrister Schona Jolly QC will join a distinguished panel to discuss the future of equality law after Brexit.

Schona will be joined on the panel by Catherine Barnard (The UK in a Changing Europe) and Clive Coleman (BBC legal correspondent). Together they will set out the key issues for the protection of equality rights post-Brexit and how they should be addressed. The panel will tackle challenging questions including: How new equality legislation will be generated outside the EU? How will the Withdrawal Bill affect equality rights? What role will international courts play in UK equality law? And how will labour rights be affected by trade negotiations?
