John Horan gave a speech entitled “Tools for Transforming Guardianship: Article 12 UNCRPD and Catalan Law” at an all-day conference on 10th November 2016.

This was to form part of the conference “Rights and Supports: Transforming the Guardianship” conference which is being hosted by Som Fundacio, a Barcelonan-based charity. A transcript of what he had to say will be provided for anyone who is interested.
