Matt Jackson named Times Lawyer of the Week

Matt Jackson spoke with the Times about his role in the case of Kingdom of Spain v Lorenzo where the Court of Appeal recently declared that section 4(2)(a) of the State Immunity Act 1978 is incompatible with article 6 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

Matt also spoke about his career at the Bar and what inspired him to become a Barrister.
