Michael Potter acts in successful sex and religious discrimination case

Michael Potter successfully represents Bronagh Murray in a religious and sexual discrimination case against the Ministry of Defence. 

Murray, a Catholic civil servant in Belfast was repeatedly abused because by a captain at the Army’s Thiepval Barracks in County Antrim, causing Murray to retire due to ill health in 2019.

The anticipated sum, in the region of £560,000, is believed to be the biggest of its kind by the fair employment tribunal in Belfast.
