More positive progress in Caster Semenya’s human rights case
Caster Semenya’s application to the European Court of Human Rights has progressed to the next stage, with the Court publishing a statement of facts and questions to the parties. Schona Jolly QC and Claire McCann, both barristers at Cloisters, are instructed in this significant case by Norton Rose Fulbright lawyers, Gregory Nott and Patrick Bracher in Johannesburg and Christian Dargham in Paris, working alongside Toronto-based lawyers, James Bunting and Carlos Sayao of Tyr LLP who complete the team.
