The 7th edition of Supperstone, Goudie and Walker: Judicial Review, published on 26 January 2024, is an authoritative and comprehensive practitioners’ guide on public law and judicial review.

Alongside a number of experts in judicial review, Rachel and Josh co-authored a chapter on the Human Rights Act 1998 (“HRA”). The chapter covers a range of issues under the HRA, including:

  • The nature of Convention rights and their interpretation under s.2 of the HRA;
