Robin Allen QC gives evidence to the Lords Constitution Committee on the crisis in Judicial Recruitment

Robin Allen QC, Chair of the Bar’s Equality and Diversity and Social Mobility Committee gave evidence to the House of Lords Constitution Committee on the 15th March 2017.  The Committee is conducting a follow-up inquiry to its report on 'Judicial Appointments' in light of the slow progress to equality and the startling findings of the Judicial Attitudes Survey of the level of dissatisfaction  of salaried judges.
