Cloisters’ Schona Jolly is speaking at the annual Sakharov Debate, sponsored and organised by the UCL European Institute, and the Office of the European Parliament in the UK.

Schona will be discussing the effect of Brexit on workers’ rights and equality as part of a panel considering how any post-Brexit rights will be enforced, and what the UK human rights regime will look like after Brexit takes place. Her fellow panellists are Dr Virginia Mantouvalou, Reader in Human Rights and Labour Law, UCL, Dr Ruvi Ziegler, Lecturer in Law, University of Reading School of Law, and Mary Honeyball MEP, Labour and S&D Group, moderated by BBC’s News Presenter, Martine Croxall.
