Sheryn was appointed King’s Counsel this year, at 13 years’ call. She was the most junior to be appointed. Sheryn acts for the lead Claimant Uber drivers in the seminal employment status case of Uber BV v Aslam & Farrar. She also represents the Applicant Uber drivers in similar employment status proceedings pending in the Federal Court of Australia, Weddall & Ors v Rasier Pacific Pty Ltd & Anor.
