William Latimer-Sayer KC, along with Holly King, leads on project that seeks to reduce the risk of re-traumatisation of claimants

The project seeks to provide recommendations to minimise the risk of re-traumatisation of clients during the medicolegal process in personal injury and clinical negligence claims.

Along with Holly M King, a Chartered Physiotherapist specialising in complex trauma and amputee rehabilitation, William also worked on a supporting paper for the past year, which has now gained the support of several authoritative psychiatrists and psychologists, as well leading personal injury firms, Leigh Day and Stewarts. Cloisters’ Grace Corby also provided key research into the paper.
