Simon Dyer KC and Linda Jacobs secure CXE v West Hertfordshire Hospitals NHS Trust settlement

Simon Dyer KC and Linda Jacobs of Cloisters instructed by Alexandra Bennett of Stewarts secured approval today before HHJ Sadiq sitting as a Judge of the High Court, of a settlement of £18.6m on behalf of a seriously brain-injured claimant. The Judge paid tribute to both legal teams in reaching the settlement and to the Claimant’s mother for ensuring her child had the best chance in life.
