Robin Allen QC has released a new paper entitled: Discrimination Law 2018.

In his new paper, Robin discusses new cases concerning Sexual Orientation and Religion or Belief as well as Transgender rights particularly in relation to marriage. He explains that radical social changes are occuring as a result of the prohibition on both sexual orientation and religion or belief discrimination. Robin also considers the landscape of discrimination law as it will appear after Brexit happens as a result of the continuing debates over EU Withdrawal Bill.

Robin delivered this paper to the Trades Union Congress on January 26th 2018 and the Equality and Human Rights commission on January 29th 2018 in collaboration with Michael Rubenstein Conferences Ltd.
