Two visions of Employment Law

Caspar Glyn KC has provided an early analysis of Labour and Conservative plans for the Labour market, in response to the recently republished and rebranded plans by Labour for the world of employment law.

‘Labour’s New Deal’, has now become ‘Labour’s Plan to Make Work Pay’.

Caspar has carried out a quick and detailed apolitical analysis of the probable impact of the proposals and measured them against that of the Conservative plans.
