Martin Seaward’s practice focuses on personal injury, inquiries and inquests work. He specialises in the Fire and military services and is instructed in many of the most serious cases affecting the health, safety and pension rights of operational personnel. He is also an accredited mediator specialising in resolving personal injury, pension and housing disputes including landlord and tenant.
Martin further specialises in similar claims on behalf of service personnel or their bereaved dependents, usually against the Ministry of Defence. Martin has a significant caseload of serious brain and spinal injuries. In addition to firefighters and service personnel, his clients include pension fund trustees and administrators and fire and rescue authorities.
